"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

Yes, my name comes from Hotaru from Sailor Moon. I love her, she is my all time favorite character and SM will always be my favorite anime :3

I like her titles, I think they're cool. Also her weapon and powers are the best. She does'nt look like it but she can kick alot of butt! Hehe ^.~

And is incredible how she came to exist - by death - and her calmness even on a battle.
She is also the only senshi (besides chibi usa) who continues to be a senshi in chibi usa's group (along with the quartet).
A lot of people like to pair her up with chibi usa, what do you think?
